Citizen energy at SolWest Renewables Fair

Filed under: Activism , Alternative Energy During the weekend of July 25-27, 2008, Oregon’s Grant County Fairgrounds will be swarming with off-gridders and others who are dedicated to independent energy for the SolWest Renewables Fair . This event celebrates the community that centers around renewable energy in any form, be it in a vehicle, home or whatever. The keynote speaker for this event is Greg Pahl , author of The Citizen-Powered Energy Handbook: Community Solutions to a Global Crisis.
